Meet Josh

Josh Tyler is a Dallas-area REALTOR® with more than 20 years of residential real estate experience and a proven track record of helping clients successfully navigate hundreds of real estate transactions. A native North Texan, Josh grew up in Plano, called East Dallas and Uptown home for 16 years, and now lives in Prosper with his wife, Anna, and their two daughters, Stevie and Ryan.

Josh and his family moved to Prosper in 2024 in search of a more laid-back lifestyle and a strong community where their daughters could grow up and thrive, including the opportunity to attend the award-winning Walnut Grove High School. His family is his greatest motivation and the reason he works tirelessly each day, both personally and professionally.

Known for his strong work ethic, market knowledge, and hands-on approach, Josh is deeply committed to understanding his clients’ needs and helping them make confident real estate decisions. Whether representing buyers, sellers, or investors, he brings experience, honesty, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to every transaction.

Josh’s real estate knowledge goes far beyond contracts and negotiations. Growing up in a family that specialized in commercial and residential construction gave him an early understanding of homes, construction quality, and the details that matter. That background has become especially valuable for buyers during the inspection and due diligence process, helping them better understand a property’s condition, potential, and long-term value.

As an investor and entrepreneur, Josh also has a sharp eye for identifying opportunity. He has managed multiple flip properties, overseen full renovations of his personal homes, and even acted as the general contractor on his family’s lake property at Cedar Creek Lake. His hands-on experience with renovations, construction, and investment analysis allows him to guide clients with a practical, real-world perspective.

Outside of real estate, Josh values time with his family above all else. He and Anna enjoy watching their daughters’ games and activities, spending time by the pool, visiting Gentle Creek Country Club, attending local sporting events, and making memories at their Cedar Creek Lake home. A true Dallas sports fan, Josh proudly supports the Cowboys, Mavericks, and all of the city’s teams. He also enjoys playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
